SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH — [March 1, 2025] — FLX Sports, the innovative sports technology company behind the integrated Athlete’s Arena platform, has named former NFL linebacker Cameron Smith as its new Executive Director of Football Strategy and Relations.

A standout at USC and a former Minnesota Viking, Smith brings elite-level football experience and a deep understanding of the athlete journey to his new role, where he will oversee strategic football initiatives, partner relations, and athlete engagement across the high school, collegiate, and professional levels.

Smith played at USC from 2015 to 2018, earning All-American honors and leading the Trojans in tackles. Drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in 2019, his playing career was defined by perseverance, leadership, and resilience, including a courageous return to football following open-heart surgery.
